FRONTERA UNITED SCHEDULE
Frontera United is proud to be a partner on the Morelia vs Xolos match that was held on July 6, 2016. This is the first time in
history when a professional match has ever been played in Yuma. This match was hosted in
Desert Sun Stadium, the facility that Frontera United transitioned in 2015 into the
finest soccer venue in the region.

Frontera United is owned by OneGoal LLC and is responsible for transitioning Desert Sun Stadium into the finest soccer venue in the desert southwest region. OneGoal prides itself on being community focused and works daily to build strong partnerships with the community.

May 2014 – Toured Desert Sun Stadium
Jan 2015 – Submitted Check paying for the full transition of Desert Sun Stadium for soccer
Jan 2015 – Field transition complete
February 2015 – Launched Team Name Contest
March 2015 – Ribbon Cutting and Community Vote on Team Name
March 2015 – Team Name Finalized “Frontera United” is born!
March 2015 – Tryouts begin and over 120 player candidates participate
April 2015 – Open House completed in stadium featuring over 375 fans
April 2015 – Final Roster is set
May 2015 – First match played in Desert Sun Stadium
December 2015 – Final match for 2015 season ending 6-3-1
